The Acrylic Print Gallery sublimation print process gives your photo crisp detail and vibrant color. With the dye sublimation process, the inks vaporize into the material for precise color rendering with sharp details. In the first step your image is reversed and printed onto transfer paper using Fine Art Inkjet pigments. This is then vaporized into the fabric using heat and pressure. The resulting image is resistant to cracking and small exposure to moisture.
After the printing process, the canvas fabric is wrapped on a high-quality solid wood frame. Because we use reinforced corners, there is no need to adjust or tighten it later.
Acrylic Print Gallery offers two options for the edges of your gallery-wrapped Textile Print On Stretcher Frame: wraparound or mirrored. With wraparound edges, 1,18 in. (3 cm), 1,96 in. (5 cm), or 2,75 in. (7 cm) of the image (depending on the depth of the stretcher frame) are wrapped around the stretcher bars. By mirroring the outer edges of the image, we ensure the entire picture remains visible from the front.
